This hotel is an excellent value. They were super helpful and attentive, and the location is great for walking. We would stay again for sure. Close to lots of good restaurants, and the main centro. It was not hard to drive into, and they do have an internal parking area.

This is a lovely hotel with rates starting @ $80 usd a night as of 4.4.23. The pool area is beautiful and it’s perfect for families with small children as it has a zero entry is doesn’t get that deep. It’s surrounded by comfortable chairs as well as tables and the pool area has about 14 lounge chairs to enjoy sunning yourself poolside. The on-site restaurant was closed during our visit…but it’s a newer hotel with a very friendly staff. We didn’t stay over night rather just came for the day to enjoy the fast Wi-Fi, the pool & the bathrooms as our Hostel: Hostel La Candelaria partners with them. I wouldn’t hesitate to book a stay base on my experience with the grounds, the receptionist and hotel employees we encountered while using the pool and facilities. It’s very clean and modern…reminded me of some of the newer hotels I stayed at in Tulum MX.

It is a cheap place with ok rooms and near the center of town, and therefore a little quieter. It’s fine for what you pay. Breakfast is ok - continental breakfast. Coffee/tea, green juice, a few pieces of stale bread (per table not person) …

Great hotel in Valladolid very nearby the center. The clerk was friendly and helpful, she escorted us to the rooms and explaines everything. Location is pretty close to ADO (10 min walk) and city center (5min) and there's a cute restaurant on the corner nearby (unfortunately we couldn't test it but the owner was super helpful). The room was clean, had some facilities (kitchen, fire, airco, tv, stuff to iron, big bathroom,...) Pool was very nice (also didnt get to use it unfortunately) Solid choice!

Overall OK for a short term stay. Rooms are somewhat modern, pool looks nice and only 5 minutes walk to the city center - 1 star because „included“ breakfast is weak (toast and butter + 3 slices of fruit) Yet, would stay here again for a short stay in valladolid

Swimming pool with almost no area to swim. Half of it has water by your ankles. You have to wait for 20m to have hot water to take a bath and you have around 4 minutes of hot water. Included breakfast was poor and no choices to change anything. If you don’t like, you simply don’t eat. The worst experience over México.
